The text editor is one of the most important parts of the console. As the console is totally a DIY system, mastering ability of text editor plays an important role on your site design. The editor is facilitated with most common necessary tools to design a professional looking website.

1 | Check Spelling | Checks if there is any spelling error in the content. |
2 | Cut | Cuts your content. Select your content and then click on the tool to cut. |
3 | Copy | Copies content. Select your content and then click on the tool to copy. |
4 | Paste | Pastes the content that you cut or copied before. |
5 | Find | Search for word / sentence. Also can be used for search and replace. |
6 | Undo | Erases the last change and reverts the document to an older state. |
7 | Redo | Redo is the opposite of Undo. It reverses the undo. |
8 | Insert Horizontal rule | Inserts a horizontal rule. |
9 | Insert Hyperlink | Use this tool to create / insert hyperlink. |
10 | Insert Symbol | Insert different symbols. |
11 | Insert Image | Insert images in the document. |
12 | Insert Multimedia | Insert flash / you tube videos. |
13 | Insert Table | Create table in the document. |
14 | Insert Row | Add / insert row to your existing table. |

1. Check Spelling:

Please click on Check Spelling to check if you have made any spelling mistakes in the content. This tool also helps to add new words and to use a suggested word or to ignore any recommendation.
2. Cut:
Works like the Cut option of most other text editors. Select the text / content that you would like to cut by dragging mouse and then click on the Cut tool. Cut tool doesn’t leave any copy of the content. Keyboard short-cut: ‘ctrl + x’.
3. Copy:
If you like to copy your content, please select your content and then click on Copy tool. A content can also be copied by using keyboard short-cut ‘ctrl + c’
4. Paste:
Pastes the content that you copied or cut before. Point the mouse cursor on your desired place and click Paste tool to paste the content. This can also be done by using keyboard short-cut ‘ctrl+ v’
5. Find:

Use find tool to search in your content. If you require to replace anything, type in the ‘Replace with‘ field and click necessary button e.g. ‘Replace’ or ‘Replace All’.
6. Undo:
Undo erases the last change and reverts the document to an older state. If you are on editing a content, and requires to go back to the last state click ‘Undo’.
7. Redo:
Redo is the opposite of Undo. It reverses the undo activities.

21. Change text orientation:
By default the text orientation is ‘left to right’. If you require changing it from ‘right to left’ please click ‘Change text orientation’.

22. Heading / Paragraph:
Headings and paragraph are used to increase enhancement of a document / content. Proper use of these options will give your site a professional look.

23. Change Font:
If you require changing font, please select your texts and then click on the drop-down list to pick desired font.

24. Font Size:
Font’s size can be changed by clicking on this tool. Please select your texts and then click on the drop-down list to pick the font’s size.
25. Bold:
This tool will make your text bold. Please select the text by using mouse and then click on the tool to make it bold.
26. Italic:
This tool will make your text italic. Please select the text by using mouse and then click on the tool to make it italic.

To create underline, please select your text and then click the underline tool

34. Increase Indent:

This tool increases indent. Basically it works like ‘TAB’ of word document. If you keep clicking on the tool, it will leave more space on the left.
35. Decrease Indent:

To decrease indent please leave the mouse pointer on the desired place and then click ‘Decrease Indent’ tool.

To change the colour of your font, please click on ‘Font Colour’ and then pick the colour you like.
