How do I change my password?

Please follow the steps below to change your password:

From Client Portal:

 Please login to the client portal – and click ‘WebConsole’.


Now, please click the ‘Change Password’ and enter a new password.


From Console:

1. From the Console screen click “Administration” button and select Change Password or select “Administration” –> “Change Password” from top menu.




  • Enter the password you are currently using in the first field.
  • Enter your new password in the second field and then confirm this in the third field.



2. Press “Save”. Below window will appear.


3. Press “OK” to confirm the change.
